Your main tasks include

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with us, you will be responsible for the planning, creation, execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our sales and other departments to:

• Develop and implement high-converting performance marketing campaigns for various channels (e.g. PPC, social media, email)
• Perform data-driven analyses and derive optimization strategies
• Plan and execute A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance
• Monitor ROI and KPIs and create regular reports
• Identify the latest trends in performance marketing and integrate them into our strategies

What you bring with you

• Completed studies or comparable training in the field of marketing or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
• In-depth knowledge of the use of performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Strong in communication and presentation, both in German and English
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions
